Cynthia is a dual-degree senior majoring in Economics in Columbia College and Mechanical Engineering in SEAS. She grew up in France before moving to Lebanon in her teens. Cynthia has been an active board member of her high-school alumni where she has organized large-scale charity events in New York City featuring CEOs of worldwide companies and hedge fund managers. On campus, she has served as the president of the Bachata Dance Social for a year and a half, as well as the vice-president of Columbia’s Orthodox Christian Fellowship for a year. Upon graduation, Cynthia will get a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering where she will delve further into her current interest for nanotechnologies.
